DMC Shipping Policy
We offer delivery within the continental U.S. and Canada. We are unable to ship to other international addresses.
FREE GROUND SHIPPING:
Orders over $1,000 will receive free shipping within the contiguous United States.
CANADA ORDERS:
Canadian orders include a shipping and handling charge based on the dollar value. The DMC Corporation is not responsible for outside government and border-related fees. The customer is responsible to pay any tariff, duties, taxes or broker-related fees.
DMC does not determine or govern these fees. For further information on these policies, please visit the Government of Canada's website.
US GROUND SHIPPING POSTAGE:
Continental U.S. Orders include a Shipping & Handling charge based on the dollar value of your order and are shipped via UPS Sure Post. Estimated arrival is 5-7 business days following receipt of the order, if the item is in stock, and will be delivered by your local post office. Business days are Monday - Friday excluding holidays as determined by UPS.
DELAYED PACKAGES:
Once an order has left our facilities, DMC is no longer responsible for the package. Reasons for a delay include, but are not limited to, inclement weather, customs processing, changes in carrier schedule. Should this inconvenience occur, we encourage you to inquire with the shipment carrier.
DMC Return Policy
Please email your Customer Care Representative or call us at (800) 275-4117 to obtain an RA number. The Return Form that accompanied the shipment must be completed and placed inside of the box. Write the RA number on the outside of the box and on the Return Form. All returns must be in good condition, in the original carton, and accompanied by a copy of the original packing slip. Note that we are unable to accept returns that are not in their original packaging. Please note that if a product is returned damaged or out of its original packaging, your return will not be accepted.
RETURN PROCESSING:
Refunds will be processed after the return has been received and examined by our warehouse quality control department. Credit for the merchandise will be issued to the original credit card. We will not issue a credit for freight charges. We aim to process all returns within ten (10) business days. KITS:
DMC will only accept returns in the original packaging with all the original contents, under our normal terms outlined above. Any kits returned with missing components will not be refunded.
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:
If the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact Customer Care and we will replace it for you free of charge. DMC will issue a call tag for your return.
